1. WHAT IS PRINTABLE ART?

• A printable art is an artwork that you can purchase online and that you will receive as a downloadable digital file. 
• Digital download prints are a wonderful way to get your prints immediately without waiting for shipping.

2. WHAT DOES IT WORK?

•  Purchase your art from ours collections. After payment, your artworks will be ready to download (click and save). You'll also receive an email containing a link to download your files. 
• Once downloaded and unziped, you can then print out your files on your home or office printer, upload them to an online service, or email your files to a local print shop.

3. WHAT SIZE I CAN PRINT?

• You will receive 1 file_ZIP ( It contains four different RATIOS).

01. (4:5 Ratio) for printing : Inch: 4x5, 8x10, 11x14, 12x15, 16x20 
                                            Cm: 10x12, 20x25, 28x35, 30x38, 40x50

4. WHAT IS ZIP FILE? 

• A .zip file is simply a collection of one or more files, but is compressed into a single file for easy transportation and compression. To open the .zip file double-click on it and let your computer show you the folders and files contained inside. The zip file is compatible with Windows and Mac OS without any extra software.

5. WHAT IS AN ASPECT RATIO?

• The aspect ratio of an image describes the proportional relationship between its width and its height. We offer our prints in different aspect ratios, with mean you need to choose the one that fits best the frame you want to use it for. The most common aspect ratios for frames are 4:5 ; 3:4 ; 2:3 and A4.  

6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

• Kindly note that due to the nature of the products (DIGITAL DOWNLOAD), we do not offer refunds. Unless there is a technical issue with a product, all sales are final.

7. ARE THE ARTWORKS COPYRIGHTED?

• All our artworks on MIUUS STUDIO are copyrighted and redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without express written permission. You may print for personal use only. Online and personal sharing of these files is strictly prohibited.
